Recipe is from the Bisquick site. I swapped original ingredients for healthier/less calorie-fat ingredients. Can use fresh or canned peaches.

This was supposed to be Irish Potato Candy but it wouldn't set up (probably due to heat) so I turned it into a cake instead.
This recipe makes 6 banana muffins, and equals 2 servings! Which means you get 3 muffins per serving! WOW! And no MF eggs or oatmeal required....
A very tasty treat! The broiled pineapple is a great combination of sweetness with a toasted aftertaste.
Pecans and caramel are optional, nutritional facts are based on the inclusion of both.
This cake is grain free, paleo and oh so decadent. Makes you think you are eating a hot molten lava cake.
