This is really quick to prepare, especially if you have an ice cream maker. If not, just turn the mix into a freezer box and freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring during freezing. I think it's pretty tasty, for such a low-fat dessert, but it is a bit dense. I calculated my whole loaf to be at 1370 calories using the nutrition labels on each ingredient. I cannot seem to find anything other than white flour here in Germany though... would have liked to use it. I used 1% milk but will try it next time with fat free. I splurged for the whole egg, because I had already substituted sugar with Spenda and oil with applesauce. Any suggestions for improvement are welcome, I'm a novice at baking!
