Bake without a crust for pumpkin custard

A basic apple cobbler with a whole wheat biscuit like topping adding protien powder. Serve warm with a scoop of frozen vanilla yogurt.
This is also healthy enough to serve for breakfast. I like it with a little milk or yogurt on top sprinkled with nuts

This is a tasty cream cheese yogurt pie with a flax meal, graham cracker crust. I made it with full fat products as that all I had on hand but you could use low fat, 100% graham cracker crust, crushed almonds instead of flax or other modifications to make this work for you.

This cake uses whole wheat flour, producing a denser cake than my original chocolate cake. I like to serve this cake plain with my cherry pie filling spooned on top.
Makes 2 pie crusts. Calculate 2 servings if using in a double pie crust recipe like apple or blueberry pie. If you only need one, wrap the other half in plastic wrap and aluminum foil and freeze for later.
Makes a large batch, about 3 dozen
Freeze half the dough if desired to get about 18-20 cookies
