I adapted this recipe from my grandma's old fashioned apple crisp. You can substitute any fruit, or sweeteners to your liking. If the fruit is sweet enough on its own, don't add any extra sugar... raspberries tend to be sour. You could also sub crumbled up granola bars such as Nature Valley, instead of making the crumble from scratch. That would be even faster. Make this your own and share your modifications with me, please. I would love to try it! Thanks!
This is a wonderful natural pick me up when you are feelin like having sugar...
The Most Enjoyable Brunch or After Dinner Treat with Fresh Apples with walnuts, cocoa, coffee. Benefiber added for a bit of extra fiber. This recipe can be adapted to your dietary needs. I usually just make the slices small so I can enjoy a little splurge and great texture and flavor.
