Carrot cake, or cookies? Why not both? This has all the fruity goodness of the carrot cake you know and love but with a lot lower sugar and fat content. I like making sandwiches with plain or strawberry chream cheese in between them!

This is a dessert I uploaded from the old "Deal a Meal" cookbook. The strawberries are a garnish, so if you omit them, the calories drop to 58.3. I also swapped the sugar for Splenda.

A healthy indulgence. Even though the recipe calls for 1 1/2 ounce of chocolate chips, you won't be able to use that much; some will be left in the bowl. So the calorie count is a little lower in actuality.
Break Bread up in peice and put into a 9x 13 baking pan with raisins. useing another bowl add : Milk, eggs, brown sugar,vanilla, and cinnamon.stirring all together.after mixing it all pour over the bread piece and raisins.
Place the pan in the oven in a water bath.
