I made up this mug cake today when I wanted to try making something chocolately for dessert out of bisquick. The result was a light and fluffy chocolate cake without the density of other mug cakes, and as a bonus it can be made in a normal sized mug. It's also very yummy when topped with fresh berries, chocolate sauce, caramel, or ice cream and chocolate chips can be added to the batter if you don't want to eat it plain.
This is a good quick breakfast or dinner meal. I like it with triple berries and Cool Whip. Or you can sprinkle it with some powdered sugar.

Recipe also calls for 1 cup toasted almonds but I don't use them.
