This fun cookie recipe came from a Bible study: Esther, It's Tough Being a Woman by Beth Moore. We had them at our concluding lesson. They were tasty and fun!
Something I whipped up when I was craving a dessert and needed carbs, and had some fresh lemon lying around. Quick, easy, yummy, and healthy.
So easy and so delicious. The servings are not hefty, but it is rich so a little goes a long way. Seriously takes two minutes to make so if you need a fast delicious dessert this is it!
A cross between a peanut butter cookie and an oatmeal cookie....delightful!
This Homemade Vanilla Pudding recipe is SO EASY to make that you'll never make pudding from a box again. My grandma's recipe actually called for 1 cup of sugar, but I found it too sweet for my taste--I cut it back to 2/3 cup, next time I will even cut it to 1/2 cup. The nutrition info is for 2/3 cup sugar.
I realize that it's a lot of calories to spend on a dessert, but it's worth it in my opinion (especially since I had jaw surgery and am on a liquid diet--this is my only treat!)
This isn't low-fat, but the use of Splenda does bring down the calories...It's a very moist bread. Great to take to potlucks or office parties.
i love this!! i have a major sweet tooth and this is the best way to cure it with out cheating
Moist, yummy banana muffins with whole wheat flour. You can taste the whole wheat flavor, so if you don't like it, just use all white flour, or substitute only 1/2 cup whole wheat & 1 cup white flour. If you like a really sweet muffin, add more sugar. We are trying to use less white flour in our house & more whole wheat. My husband was skeptical, but loved the muffins!
