In medium bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and onions. form into golf ball sized balls, and place on pam-sprayed cooling rack on cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from rack and place in pan on stove over medium heat. Add soup, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in Sour cream and serve over brown rice or whole wheat "egg" noodles.

I used to make this in a much larger quantitiy for my family when my kids were little. Now make this amount and have it for dinner one day and freeze remainder for another day or add fresh mushrooms and chives to dress up for company.
