Sliced beef tips with carrots and celery. Flavored with a cup of your favorite wine, garlic, and chicken stock. Great on its own or on top of noodles or rice.
The secret is to cook the onions over very low heat in the butter for about 15-20 minutes; make sure they don't brown!
