This is a recipe that my italian grandmother used to make. This takes a while to make and it's messy, so when I make this I make a lot and freeze it for future dinners.

This is a great way to use vegetables that may have been sitting around in the refrigerator a little too long. Add or remove other vegetables, too (i.e. peppers, mushrooms, etc.).
if you liked baked potatoes and shrimp these are yummy, you can make many substitutes in the recipe to make it even lower in fat
When I make soup, I use whatever I have on hand in the house, this recipe came out pretty well.
You can substitute half the beef for pork for a flavor variation, or all of it for turkey for a lower fat version.
