This lemonade is made with half stevia extract, which has no calories and is 200 times sweeter than sugar. It can have a bitter taste like aspartame so I don't replace all the sugar with stevia.
Basic lemonade with lemons added to help with that distinct lemon flavor from the rind. Easier than juicing lemons!
This is my green smoothie base basd off Kim Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie. I make up a week's worth and freeze them in mason jars. Every morning I take one down for the following day. Can drink as is or throw in the blender with a half cup of frozen berries.
I made this after dental surgery left me unable to eat. It is meant as a meal replacement that is far tastier than anything off the shelf. It is tangy and cheesy.
Mixing up all the best nature has to offer in one (or more) drinkable meal! This made 28 fl. oz.
This is a very tasteful concoction. Next time I will add some Powered Protein.
