This drink is really good. My teenage daughter and her friend really liked it and didn't even realize there was spinach in it. Great if you want to hide veggies from the kiddos.
Good for a snack - add protien powder for a quick breakfast to go!
This is MY take on the Starbucks Banana Chocolate Vivanno smoothie. It may not be all that much less in calories, but it sure is a lot less expensive! (Plus, I know exactly what I am putting in here and can customize it any way that I like.)
If you've heard of green smoothies this is a green smoothie that isn't actually green! It's red and it is absolutely delicious. You can get your veggies and fruit all in one drink and since it's blended your body can absorb more of the nutrients.
