My standard green smoothie. Made one day when all I had on hand were frozen bananas, kale, and kiwi. I'm still surprised how good this smoothie turned out to be.
This recipe is an attempt to track the nutrients I obtain from green juice that I make. I've been disappointed that I can't find info for juiced items (ie: kale juice). This recipe lists the ingredients as the whole fruits and veg that I juice. Obviously, not all of the nutrients will be retained in the juice.
