I looove boost juice but hate the price tag. So heres my recipe for a yummy tropical crushie that taste just like boost!
feel free to add or change fruit and juice to accomidate your own taste buds.
Best if made in a traditional, metal, julep cup and served with cut, bent straws for sipping. For a truly frothy julep, stick in the freezer for a couple of minutes before serving.
This wonderful tasting homemade smoothie not only is made from fresh fruits and is healthy, but also adds a delicous sweet flavor to your mouth that will make you want more.
Just use the above ingredients and ice to taste, I make it in a Magic Bullet so normally I Just fill a cup with ice and get it started. You can probably also use a blender as well.
NOTE if you let it sit for a minute or two it starts to settle so just mix it back up with a spoon and it tastes just fine.
I suppose the Hershey's syrup could be substituted for light syrup but I'm not sure.
Also (though I haven't tried it yet) I may put a tablespoon of peanut butter in next time!
This is a typical dish made in Costa Rica. Very similar to others, just with an ingrediente specific to Costa Rica
Place all in a blender and blend until smooth or desired consistency (add more water to thin out or ice to thicken if needed)
