I always drink this before/after workouts, or on a detox day. Any dark, leafy greens or fruit will work. Peanut butter will work as well for those who aren't fond of almond butter. :)

Common Tea in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Usually found on road side farm stands for sale. Dropped the sugar a bit to remove some of the calories as the drink is usually VERY sweet.
