This is actually a Kraft Canada recipe that I just had to share. It is so easy and quick and my family just loved it. You can use this as an addition to chicken or other meat, as this is a vegetarian chili.
I modified this from another member's recipe. I needed to use up some left over roasted vegies so I added them in. I did not have any parmesan cheese so I just used what was in my fridge.
I found this tasty recipe in Prevention Magazine. I added a side of veggies and was very full.
