The original recipe ingredients are listed at the top of the ingredient list and the calorie per serving for that recipe is 373 with 28 g of fat. By making some simple exchanges I was able to bring the calories down to 180 with only 4.8 g of fat. Losing none of the flavor and most of the fat.

This is a dressing I use on all kinds of things, cole slaw, tomatoes, spinach, mixed greens and more. I just drizzle, pinch, sprinkle and splash. Hard to come up with actual quantities. It's all to taste.
I tried several recipes but was never truly satisfied. I created this one and found it to be very moist and flavorful. I used potato flour instead of my usual oats because I was fearful the oats would draw up too much moisture and turkey is much more dry than ground beef.

This is a throw back to the casseroles when I was growing up. This is made with brown rice, chicken and is much lighter on the cheese. Serve with lettuce, guacamole, and sour cream for an easy family meal.
