* Polvilho doce can be found in Brazilian stores as well as Hispanic stores under Almidon. I do not recommend the yucca starch from Asian stores because the taste is weird!
This is the first of a series of 100 calorie breakfast foods that I will be adding. I can mix and match two or three different recipes to add variety to my breakfasts and still be around 300 to 400 calories.
They turn out a deep brown color because of all the molasses, but don't you leave it out, because it has a big boost of hard-to-get Potassium, calcium and magnesium.
