My husband just came back from hiking the Camino de Santiago in Spain. He told me he ate this every chance he got while he was there and asked me to make it here. The original recipe used Turnip greens instead of Kale but I find Kale easier to find. Everything else is copied from the recipe. I am putting it in here for nutritional purposes.

This is a juice drink I make every morning. It's supposed to help with blood pressure and so much more. The ginger makes it extra spicy, so if you don't like *spice heat* leave it out.
I don't remember where I first got this recipe. It's not my creation. The dressing is absolutely delicious. Originally it calls for nutritional yeast flakes but I don't have any, so I just make it as listed here.
