They are really hard to cook all the way through and fall apart very easily if you make them too big. They weren't bad, but they weren't great. I changed up the recipe and added my two cents below on how to cook them to try to make them stay together better.

I've made a few edits based on reviews and personal preference.
Seriously shocked how well this turned out. Don't bulk at the calorie count, one slice easily equals the same amount of bread as normal gluten free slices that are store bought and tastes intensely better.
