This recipe is from the show "Extra Virgin" on the Cooking Channel. I tried to lighten it up just bit by using lower fat milk and cooking spray to prepare the pan.

Got this recipe from Allrecipes.com and changed a few of the amounts. Can also add basil, oregano, garlic powder, or thyme to pizza crust

My 2 1/2 yr old loves this, too!
