Adapted from Betty Crocker's Website. I used a bit less of the olive oil, that's the only change. Next time I will add roasted red peppers, mushrooms and maybe some red pepper flakes and artichoke hearts.
This lasagna represents the first step to healthier lasagna. I amke this in 2 pans: one for dinner and one to be cut up into lunches. Good for a crowd.
This was a favorite in my house when I was growing up. My friends would ask to come to dinner when my mom made this.
