This one I tossed all my extra veggys in the pan with Turkey sausage and some cheese and there you have it a veggy and turkey lasagne

I made this up years ago and my family loved it.

Easy peasy and extra good and rich. Can cut using low fat milk and vanilla wafers.

It's like spinach lasagna w/o the pasta. This is just the filling per tablespoon. The amount you use depends upon what kind and how big the squash is.

This goes with the stuffing--by the same name. Total Calories would depend upon how large and what kind of squash to use and how many tbls of topping and stuffing used for each.

Great little summer snack. Sit outside and enjoy this refreshing treat.

Adapted from the Jamie Oliver 15 minute meals book. I have halved the amount of chilli, adjusted the chicken according to the pack size we buy and swapped the asparagus in the original for green beans.
Also swapped the pancetta in the original recipe for streaky bacon to bring the cost down.
