If you use this, I haven't added in any nutritional values for the oil because I haven't been able to figure out just how much it absorbs. Once I figure that out I'll update the recipe.

I was in a hurry to get my kids fed & ready for my dad to take them for the weekend,I had no sitter so I could run to the store,so I just threw together some cooked white rice,with a bag of peas&carrots,a bag of corn,saute some onions & mushrooms,opened a can of cream of chicken soup & called it a day. My kids LOVED it,lol,they love rice & they love veggies

My family goes through alot of yogurt. We make vanilla there are other flavors that are easily made. But vanilla is great for adding fruit or jam if you like. We add old fashioned oat, and my husband calls that mix his miracle food to power him through his workouts. We make a batch in the evening so it can chill overnight and then have it for breakfast the following morning.
