Quick, light, easy and a wonderful healthy meal! It's low in carbohydrate! Perfect on mix vegetable with light salad dressing :) I LOVE it! I actually double/triple the recipe and freeze the patties for throughout the week. When I want it, I just pop it out and pan fried it with 1 tablespoon Olive Oil instead of grilling. Yummalicious!!!
