This is the Nestle Toll House recipie, tweaked a liitle on the sugar,I use more brown and less white,(for chewier, almost carmelized, cookies) otherwise,it's the same.I make them with my 1 oz. scoop, that's how I get 70 per batch, and they only have 10 gr of carbs per cookie.
These cookies are quite good. They should be light golde brown when done. The brown sugar sort of carmelizes the rice krispies making you think you're eating toffee chips. It makes a very large batch,ir you make them at 1 oz. or 1 tbs. per cookie.the dough is quite soft at first,so you'll want to refrigerate it for a couple of hrs. before using it.They have only 9.3 carbs per cookie at this size.
