I also use a mold that makes a candy bar that breaks into 24 pieces, but who can eat just one piece? So I break it into 6 pieces for an under 100 calorie treat.

In a sauce pan, melt butter and the peeled garlic cloves over medium heat. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and discard the garlic cloves.
Serve hot immediately. Serves 12 - 25
