This yummy smoothie has the thick consistency of a shake. Great for satisfying a little sugar craving :-) You can sub any protein powder you want, I use Aria because it is low sugar/low GI.and $10 for a can at Trader Joes. Makes a little over 1 tall glass. I hope you like it!
Mixed all the ingredients together put into a cake pan for 8 in. recipes, reheat oven for 375 and bake for 20 mins. I added a tsp of Almond Flavor.
