This is a delicious shake which tricks your taste buds into believing you are having some fruit! A little on the sweet side...a hald package of crystal light would lessen that effect.
from Cooking Light (December, 2008) - this turned out REALLY well. I bought three pieces of tenderloin from the butcher, and had him halve them since they were about 3" thick - so i had 6 smaller steaks (each about 5 oz each, so that's still a lot).
The prep time is a lot only because you need to let the beef marinate for about 2 hours.
