I was diagnosed Diabetic and follow Atkins Lifestyle so am always looking for ULTRA LOW carb meals. This is one of my families favorite! We serve it with a fresh green salad. Credit where credit is due, this is a variation of a Hungry Girl recipe. Atkins Net Carbs per Serving = 5
I adjusted a family favorite and created an awesome low-carb meal that's quick and easy to make...in a skillet or on a grilling machine.
This low-carb lasagna uses zucchini "noodles" instead of lasagna noodles. The trick to making this work is to take some of the water out of the zucchini first by salting the "noodles". Then they firm up and are more noodle-like, instead of mushy. This recipe can be made with or without meat.
This recipe is from Atkins Diabetes Revolution and can fit in all phases. This is sweet and sour, and a serving size is a whole cup!
Sweet-tart nectatine salsa and peppery arugula are flavorful accompaniments to seared tilapia. Add seeded jalapenos to the salsa for a kick if you like.
****No Flour**** Tastes great with greek yogurt. This makes a really high protein brunch or snack.

Then take 4 slices of bread out of a loaf.
Next peel 2 Bananas.
Then slice them up.
Then layer them on to the bottom slices of bread.
Next put 2 teaspoons of Sugar on top of the bananas.
Then put the top slices of Bread on top of the Bananas.
Delicious Extremely low calorie, low carb, sugar free little kisses. Perfect for guilt free snacking!
Boneless skinless chicken breasts stuffed with cheese and green chili, topped with more cheese and green chili, then wrapped in bacon. (Recipe calls for 18 oz chicken bc that's the package I had. You can use anything around a pound.)
Make the night before; it's better when it had time to sit. Warning: this is not low fat. In fact, it's LCHF (low carb high fat).
