1 lb 93% lean ground beef
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, diced (about 1 cup)
2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
2 tbs fresh mint leaves, chopped
3 medium zucchni, about 1 pound
7-8 oz plain tomato sauce
6 tablespoons of grated parmesean cheese
