Dinner in a Dutch oven! Once you have assembled set in the oven and allow to stew all day to blend the flavors. Tasty, nutritious, filling. Wonderful on a dreary day. Add fresh baked bread or cornbread and you are done!

For a double layer cake, simply double the recipe and bake in two 8-inch pans. Oh, and the pic is hers, too! I used Chocolate milk to mix, cause if you are going chocolate - GO ALL THE WAY!
