This is Down Home with the Neeleys recipe. The only thing I omitted was the half and half, and added non-fat milk and a 1/4 cup of greek yogurt. This is a comforting dish! Double it up and have it for lunch the next day!! Serve with grilled cheese sandwich!
The quesadilla sauce tastes identical to Taco Bell's (in my opinion)! Low fat or fat free miracle whip can be used, you can't tell the difference.
