Sneaky chicken and vegetable cheese soup
"Sneaky" because I use my immersion blender to grind up all the veggies.
Butternut Squash & Goat Cheese Toast

Roasted, mashed butternut squash, mixed with a sweet/spicy onion jam, on top of goat cheese and toasted whole wheat bread.
Crab Pasta Salad
1. Cook pasta according to directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl combine pasta, crab, broccoli and onion.
2. Ina small bowl mix together mayo, salad dressing and cheese. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
