This is my own recipe!! I came up with it after eating a wrap at Roly Poly and thinking - hey, I can make this at home,but way healthier. So I did. This is my new favorite lunch.
Spicy, delicious, low in fat and high in protein, a completely re-doctored chicken salad.
This tuna salad has bold flavors. Yes, I do use that much garlic. I also use home-made spicy mustard. We love it.

Pork Adobo is pork cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. This is considered by many as the Philippine’s national dish because of its popularity, ease in preparation, and long storage life. Adobo is not only limited to pork and chicken, other meats, seafoods, and vegetables (such as squid (pusit), goat meat, veal, beef, shrimp (hipon), river spinach(kang-kong)) can also be cooked this way.
Use 2 cups of any mixed greens you like. The fruit and snap peas add a wonderful freshness to this salad.
