"I stay up all night chopping onions and pressing garlic. The trick is to under cook the onions."-Kevin Malone, The Office
A rich sandwich or salad addition but packed with flavor. Use sparingly if you're watching the calories. The relish is nice and spicy and has no HFCS. If you like a little heat in your pickle relish this is the pickle for you. In the recipe it usually doesn't have too much heat for your kids to share this with you. Straightforward preparation. Chop up your turkey to desired fineness and stir it all together. You could add diced candied ginger, water chestnuts, chopped up celery, green onion, and even grapes or apple if you want more variety.
Tuna salad packed with kale, celery, walnuts, and red onion. I use tuna packed in oil, because I find it more flavorful, but water-packed will decrease calories. If you prefer, you can use Greek yogurt instead of mayo. I didn't include any herbs or spices; salt and season to your taste. I like Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper blend.
This is a meal prep recipe that I use to pack lunches for work. Adapted from a Cooking Light recipe.

I work full time and don't have much time to cook so I try to make soup simple but good. I need the soup to be satisfying, low calorie/reduced sodium, and filling! This works for me. Sometimes I have a double serving with one bread item as a complete meal.
what happens when you want "chicken noodle soup" but dont have any chicken and really like asian cuisine.
A healthy, easy way to get your veggies in. You can eat them with marinara sauce too.
