This banana pudding only has sugar in the vanilla wafers, otherwise it is an old fashion cooked banana pudding.
Shrimp, cooked, 8 oz (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
Avacado, whole, medium 1 serving = 1 medium whole avacado, 1 serving (remove)
Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
Smoothie recipe off of Amplify container, slightly modified. I used frozen peaches instead of a fresh one and omitted ice cubes. This tastes more like cake than anything.

My attempt at a healthier meatloaf without bread but still with beef. Turned out pretty good and was quite filling. The servings are huge really, so you could even cut it in half to lower it even further.
Lightly spray pan with canola oil, mix 2 eggs with 1 tbsp of 2% milk in cup and cook on medium heat. Add 1 small tomato, add diced cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
