This is just something I cook for hubby and I that I know is very low fat and healthy.
This is a quick and easy pasta recipe. I've found this to be especially good for Sunday cooking that you can live off of for the duration of your week.
This makes enough for 2-9" pies plus I had enough dough left over for about 1 piece of pie. So I figured 8 servings for each pie plus 1 for the scrap of dough left over.
