A friend of mine had told me how she changed the recipe for green chili stew when she ran out of the traditional pork. I tried it and while it's not the same, it's not bad either :)
I had to make a substitution to this recipe because the store did not have any tomato soup.
Combine all ingredients in crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook chili on low about 8 hours, or until the beef chunks are very tender and fall apart easily. Add more water if you like your chili thinner.
A great way to get rid of leftovers...especially spaghetti noodles. I made it with sausage this time, but it basically works with all types of meat. Thanks go out to my little sister for coming up with this idea one hot, summer day. (she'd hate all the veggies though)
