I Bought the Tortillas from Mexico online only 1 Weight Watcher Point for 2 tortillas. You can use your favorite Corn high fiber tortillas for this recipe but you might have to calculate the Point Value (calories) in for your substitutions.
Only 6 Weight Watcher Points for my version.
Serve on Rye with a slice of low fat swiss, and sliced tomato. Very good recipe, you can adjust the pickles to your liking.
