In place of Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Blend I used a blend of smoker spices.

This is a recipe I re-vamped using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter in place of butter, Asiago cheese spread in place of Asiago cheese and eliminated an avacado all together. It is still rich and delicious and saves a ton on calories and fat!
I love this recipe since it can go from freezer to oven in under 5 minutes. I pretty much always have the ingredients on hand, so I make this when I am behind in getting to the grocery store.
Hint: make a double recipe – enjoy for dinner one night and make the leftovers into a rice paper wrap for lunch the next day.
These are surprisingly delicious! I found the recipe in a cookbook and adjusted it to my liking. Very yummy on high fiber english muffins with low fat cheese and burger fixings or atop a bed of lettuce!

I and my family love this recipe. I have made as is and also made in a crock pot. My mother in law used this at a big event after eating it when they were over for dinner one day. You can use chicken instead of shrimp if desired.
