The original recipe was for Crab-Filled Crescent wontons but, of course, I tweaked it to make one dish. I, also, changed some of the ingredients. http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/crab-f

A ten minute shrimp stir fry that needs ingredients. ::Warning - due to the stir fry sauce, the sodium content is at about 30% DV:: Tasty, low in calories and easy clean up!

Whiting filet, folded and stuffed with bread crumbs, pine nuts, garlic, parsley and raisins. Baked in oven for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees, uncovered for 5 minutes
Got this from a Kraft Brands site, then made adjustments by substituting fat free Miracle Whip and Fat Free cheese. They are delicious!
This goes well made into a sandwich, add a slice of cheese and tomato and lettuce and 2 slices of wheat bread, will need to add calories for add on's.
Fast as Mac and Cheese but so much more of a meal
A relatively fast but fancy looking recipe. This would also be great with some halved grape tomatoes or defrosted frozen spinach mixed in (make sure to drain spinach well). If you're going to add them I would add them at the last step when you're mixing in the noodles.
If you're using frozen fillets, don't thaw them, just cook them an extra 3 minutes. (12 minutes in 400 and 3 minutes under a broiler is a good place to start)

This gumbo is made with an olive oil roux and it's absolutely delish served over brown rice! You can substitute other firm white fish (cod etc) for the halibut, and mix and match other seafood. You can also substitute whole wheat flour for the bread mix if you don't need gluten-free.
This recipe calls for sodium citrate, a magical ingredient that allows you to make cheese sauce with grated cheese and water. I order mine online.
