Made with Wisconsin wild Rice and Alaskan wild salmon. This is an earthy tasty soup that keeps a nice flavor for leftovers too. To save time make the rice earlier in the week and use it left over for the soup. Leftover grilled salmon works nicely here also.
Taken from Food and Love Cookbook by Gary Smalley (Exactly the same except I chose to use all organic ingredients). This recipe uses a bread machine, so make sure you follow the direction for you machine regarding wet, dry, then yeast.
This is a great summer recipe to cure the winter blues!! I take this to parties all the time and it always gets rave reviews!
The pasta is cooked risotto style which makes a nice creamy dish with hardly any dairy!

A light, flavorful alternative to oily shrimp scampi. The Spinach and tomatoes also give you a double dose of veggies! Feel free to reduce (or increase the garlic - I love the taste, so I'm a bit heavy on it). This dish doesn't need a lot of pasta, since the shrimp and veggies are the stars.
