Main course vegetable with shrimp and ham. You can very easily lower the sodium content by using Italian seasonings instead of salt and by using low sodium, low fat ham if desired.

Cook pasta in non salted water for cca 10 minutes.Wash it and dry it. Add tuna bits without oil, cheese, picles, both cutted in small pieces. Add corn and mix it.
Dependig on the season, change the ingrediants. You can add: tomatos, pepper,cucumber. Some times you can add a bit of cream cheese.
Use spices as wou wish.
