(tap water can also be water from tuna - 1 tsp) (lemon juice was also 1 tsp) (10 saltines can also be 1/4 c of bread crumbs) DRAIN TUNA ... mix all in bowl, shape into 4 balls, fry in a heated pan sprayed with cooking spray until browned on both sides. YUMMY !!

Found this recipe in a Tastefully Simple magazine. Calls for spinach and montery jack cheese, but all I had on hand was broccoli and cheddar cheese. Was pretty good. I think a spicier cheese would have made it better. My mom has also added scallops to this recipe!
