The dish is named 'Tuna Casserole As You Like It' because the ingredients being used should fit your taste preferences. For example if you love tuna you could use two cans of tuna instead of one. You could also use more cheese and milk if you desire. In addition if you are on a low carbohydrate nutrition you could substitute half of the recommended pasta with vegetables e.g. broccoli and carrots. You could also choose to use beans as well.
If you are on a low sodium nutrition you could eliminate the use of salt.
Also butter, or margarine can be substituted with olive oil.
