I added Greek Yogurt because I had some that had to be used quickly. It turned out that everyone just loved it.

I sometimes use different meat. The calculation on the chili garlic sauce could vary. This is pretty hot with 1 Tbs. I would say a level 3. May want to start with half that. This is my favorite meal!

Mayonnaise has a lot of fat and I recently saw a recipe for vegetables that had mustard and olive oil in it. I took that idea and used it on tuna! This tuna salad is refreshing and a great to use in a sandwich with whole wheat bread.
This dish is delicious, feel free to adapt to your taste. I left out bacon and used prepared seafood selection from supermarket. I also used turmeric instead of saffron.
Really low calorie accompany with potatoes and green veg.
