I got the base of the resipe from women's health magazine or one of those im not sure I ripped it out. I changed some things like vegetable stock to seafood stock it is lower in calories and taste great, also i added kale for the extra veggies it is great without or with, This recipe is doubled i made a ton becuase it is so low in calories and extremely healthy hitting all food groups its perfect for dinner when i may have splerged earlier in the day.
Great served slightly warm or equally as good served cold the next day. Great for a lunch or can be served as a starter on a bed of salad.
bake wrappers over sides of cassarole pan for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
