I found this recipe on grouprecipes.com. It is incredibly easy to make and so amazingly delicious! It's sweet, sour and has a little kick to it!
Warm. A little spicy and tangy. I use homegrown sissoo spinach (which must be cooked) and canned artichokes in water. Since I rarely have cream cheese or parm, I use white organic cheddar. My family is always happy.
This is a really healthy trail mix with all the best stuff in it. You can ad any assortment of dried fruits and nuts you like.

This is a veggie alternative to buffalo chicken dip which uses cream cheese and an ranch dressing, in place of that you use silken tofu and soy milk and a packet of ranch seasoning.
