This comes by way of Erica on the Chatzy Board. Her original recipe used xylitol as the sweetner (which measures 1 to 1 when compared with sugar). I used Sweetleaf Stevia Powder where 2 TBSP Stevia = 1 C sugar sweetness.

This is a modification of a "Healthier Yogurt Banana Bread" recipe I found. I added cinnamon and more baking soda than the original recipe. I also used all applesauce rather than half applesauce and half butter. Finally, I substitute out some of the whole wheat flour for almond flour.
A great way to enjoy the usual "Gameday Queso" without all the fat and calories!! Awesome Recipe...Family couldn't even tell the difference!
